You like to build and ship new things, can independently take a project from idea through implementation, and run toward hard problems.</li> <li> Think work should feel like play. You value a close-knit team and care about having a lot of fun (and impact) at work.</li> <li> Want to be deeply involved in product and design. You are not only passionate about engineering but also have a desire to build a product end-to-end, through the design, coding, testing, and deployment phases.
