Responsibilities In this dynamic role you will have the following key responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Portfolio Management: <ul> <li>Develop and execute the GSPO's strategic plan, aligning with overall business objectives.</li> <li>Manage the GSPO’s entire lifecycle (Strategy, Demand, Transition Management and Operational Governance) and oversee the GSPO's portfolio of projects and initiatives using GSPO’s lifecycle.</li> <li>Prioritize and manage a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.</li> <li>Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the GSPO.</li> <li>Manage global initiatives emerging from GS strategies and priorities.</li> </ul> Operational Excellence and Governance: <ul> <li>Establish and maintain robust GSPO processes, standards, and templates.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and industry best practices and any management action plans.</li> <li>Track key metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure portfolio and entity performance through dashboards, KPI reporting, Balanced Score Card, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.</li> <li>Have experience and ability to understand entity level risks, controls, and gaps and its mitigation plans.</li> </ul> Team Leadership and Development: <ul> <li>Serve as a resource to business and key stakeholders, providing guidance and support. Utilizes expertise to provide guidance, feedback, and direction on complex matters.</li> <li>Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the GSPO team.</li> <li>Collaborate, and build strong relationships with peers, and other cross functional partners.</li> </ul> Stakeholder Management and Communication: <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external partners.</li> <li>Effectively communicate GSPO initiatives, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>When needed, negotiate and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment with GSPO goals. Can clearly explain the why but also open to the new ideas and opportunities.</li> </ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration: <ul> <li>Collaborate with various teams, such as Finance, Security, BCM, HR, ensure alignment and execution of Global Services priorities.</li> <li>Partner with second line-of-defense functions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.</li> </ul> Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services Industry experience. OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of Business Strategy, Project Planning and Financial Services Industry experience. Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience in project management, business administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum 10 years of experience in managing programs or project.</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously preferably in Global Business Services or GSPO construct.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.</li> <li>Drive strategic direction.</li> <li>Organization skills.</li> <li>Business acumen / knowledge.</li> <li>Analytical skills – data.</li> <li>Organizational awareness.</li> <li>Computer skills - MS Office.</li> </ul> Additional Qualifications. <ul> <li>MBA degree.</li> <li>Lean Six Sigma experience or certification.</li> <li>Financial or accounting experience.</li> </ul> This job posting is expected to remain active for 45 days from the initial posting date listed above. If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $129,848 and $173,130. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
