Ensure Interviewer compliance with scorecard guidelines and standards, conducting regular audits and providing feedback to drive accuracy and fairness in evaluation processes.</li> <li> Optimize Interviewer Capacity: Analyze interview workload and resource allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of interviewers' time and expertise.
