Job Description: Work directly with the business development officers, relationship managers, investment bank, capital markets teams and/or product specialists to develop, structure, analyze, covenant, document, fund and close a deal. Work on a broad range of transactions from large corporate/private equity to core middle market. Requires direct contact with the client, financial sponsors and/or financial intermediaries.
