We are currently seeking a mission-driven and experienced Director of Shared Leadership. Our organization exists to disrupt intergenerational poverty by acting early, when most brain development happens. Nationally distinctive in its size, scope, and depth of partner engagement, our organization takes a comprehensive and integrated approach that knits together programs and services to create a seamless continuum of support for children and families. We are a network of more than 80 public and non-profit agencies that are delivering health, education, criminal justice and social services to children and families in Tulsa. Our team collaborates closely with fellow team members and partners to advance goals with financial resources, coordination and convening. Role Overview Shared leadership is critical to our approach, structures and enduring impact. The Director of Shared Leadership drives efforts to ensure our organization moves forward with decisions and input from all groups integral to its success. In addition to managing ongoing discussions with the our leadership Team, this person leads the Advisory Committee, supports the Managing Director in sharing lessons learned with other communities, and manages supports available to all partners as well as community engagement initiatives and partnerships. This person manages the Associate Director of Partner Supports; community engagement staff; and communications staff, vendors and/or consultants. Hours and Location This is a newly created, full-time, benefits-eligible position. Relocation assistance and a hybrid schedule are possible. Anticipated start date is late Summer 2022; flexible timing may be possible for the right candidate. This role is based out of our main offices in Tulsa, OK. Please Note: Due to the necessary public health precautions put in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team works in-person at our offices and sometimes off-site in the community. To work in person, all team members must follow the organizations COVID safety precautions, which currently includes being fully vaccinated and wearing masks in all common spaces.
