**Location: Tulsa, OK.  This is a remote position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK.**

The Marketing Director Role

The Marketing Director will be responsible for building Our company’s marketing department and taking ownership of all marketing endeavors. They will work closely with other members of the executive team to achieve results. The Marketing Director will need to have strong copywriting, communication, and time management skills, and is expected to stay up to date on industry changes to help ensure that Our company stays on the cutting edge.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Marketing Director include:

  • Overseeing and creation of the marketing department.
  • Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating all marketing efforts.
  • Communicating the marketing plan.
  • Researching demand for our products and services.
  • Competitor research.
  • Identifying potential customers.
  • Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Track, optimize, and measure these activities such that you’re able to stay agile in our content marketing efforts and focus on the strategies that are filling our funnel the most effectively.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Building brand awareness and positioning.
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of applicable experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven marketing campaign experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Walk, lift, reach, stoop, sit, squat, bend, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, crouch, and type for extended periods of time up to 8 hours
  • Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds of computer equipment or paper).
