As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring learner success by managing deliverables and milestones throughout the client journey and serving as the bridge between clients, sales, the broader Client Success Team and product development. The Program Manager will play a critical role in creating a positive experience for learners and will implement programs that support educators in earning micro-credentials. The right person for this role should have at least 3-4 years experience in either the education industry or a technology startup. The position does not have any employee management responsibilities.

Location:  This role is available to those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives the successful implementation of our programs, working with public school districts, charter schools, and organizations to design the implementation project plan and achieve deliverables and milestones throughout the client journey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with program leadership: superintendents, principals, state leaders, directors of technology and professional development.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients: working with program leadership and our internal teams to ensure rollouts adhere to our principles of client success as well as to customize and configure our product to meet each account’s specific needs and processes.
  • Deliver or support web-based and in-person product training for teachers and district leaders, as needed.
  • Manage risk and analyze data (in-platform reports, surveys, in-platform Discussions, customer support, etc.) to measure program progress and effectiveness.
  • Strategically leverage supports to remove obstacles and barriers to success.
  • Work closely with the Product Team to improve the user experience by tracking bugs, submitting feature requests, and testing and verifying product enhancements.
  • Partner with Sales and Educator Support Teams to ensure client journey satisfaction and the achievement of objectives.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to continuously improve client satisfaction, incorporate client feedback in product development, increase internal operational efficiency, and demonstrate the value of our premium products to clients.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 4-5 years experience in either the education industry or a technology startup.
  • 2+ years project or program management experience strongly preferred.
  • Passionate about education, teacher quality, and improvement.
  • Based in Tulsa, OK
