Job Description
The Incentive Compensation Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the day to day administration of BOK Financials’ incentive compensation programs for several lines of business within BOK Financial. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail specifically monitoring and checking work output while organizing time and resources effectively. The Incentive Compensation Senior Analyst performs incentive calculations, and communicates results to stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as determined by each incentive plan.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will provide a wide range of support in the incentive compensation process including gathering relevant financial measures, performing necessary calculations, and communicating results to stakeholders.
- You will evaluate opportunities for process automation, assist with audits of supporting documentation, and partner with the Division Controller and Human Resources to ensure proper payout calculations are being used.
- You will partner with Human Resources, Division Managers (if applicable), and stakeholders to identify and develop key measures, data sources, calculations, and reports required to support written incentive plans, ensuring timely and accurate information flow to management.
- You will utilize interpersonal skills to resolve issues/concerns, educate and interpret incentive plans and related policies regarding performance measures and data flow that drives incentive comp payouts; you will also work with controllers and plan stakeholders to develop common understandings of plan intent, measures, and results.
- You will utilize multiple computer and software resources to enhance the I-Comp process.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years incentive compensation, Finance or equivalent analytical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
