About this role:

Strategic partnerships are a key part of JazzHR’s growth strategy to enable partners to drive hiring success for small and mid-sized businesses. The Franchise Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key franchise partners for JazzHR. This is an exciting opportunity for growth on a team that is delivering exceptional results for the company. This role is a mix of relationship management & tactical execution. The successful candidate will be a dynamic relationship-builder, comfortable with travel, and an expert in driving strategic results.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a franchise partner book to strategically grow the number of Franchisees purchasing a subscription
  • Work in conjunction with the Franchise Acquisition Specialist to plan and deploy a rollout for all new Franchise relationships
  • Customize group trainings and ongoing education out to the Franchisee networks
  • Drive expansion opportunities and partner integrations where applicable
  • Responsible for running the Franchise Partner QBRs
  • Facilitate all contract renewals and potential price increases
  • As necessary, visit Franchisors, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship building opportunities
  • Manage client input and feedback for future product and or program enhancements

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of account management experience in the software space
  • Prior experience working in the franchise space - a plus
  • Experience with the Human Capital Management market - a plus
  • Superior computers skills; proficient with CRMs
  • Impeccable time management and priority setting skills
  • The confidence to speak effectively with a wide range of executives as you introduce, demonstrate, and solve for pain points that franchises encounter
  • Gravitas to drive hard-charging execution, interpersonal skills to do so in a positive, constructive, fun manner
  • Excellent communication and demonstration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
